This home features an open floor plan, spacious living area and updated, fully stocked kitchen including a five burner gas stove and a Keurig. 

The dining room has seating for four and two additional stools at the center island of the kitchen.

Sleep comfortably in two large bedrooms, shared bathroom with shower and admire the original 1930s hardwood floors throughout home.

Spend your mornings with a cup of coffee and a good book on the front porch swing or enjoy a evening meal at the cozy bistro table. 

After a great day at the beach, you can wash beach towels upon your return in the washer/dryer conveniently located in the carport and rinse off any extra sand in the spacious outdoor shower.

The Half Shell is a non smoking unit, and is pet friendly for an additional fee. (dogs only please) Bookings through a third party site (VRBO), will have this fee added onto your reservation at the office.

The Half Shell is located in quiet neighborhood that is close to recreational parks, including Frank Pate Park and George Core Park. 

The Port City Trail totals nearly four (4) miles of paved and lighted pedestrian surface.  Restrooms, informational signage and water fountains are available at various points along the trail.

Enjoy all historic Port St. Joe has to offer antique shops, great restaurants, breathtaking sunsets and much more!
