Tenn-A-Sea

Reminiscent of an old-fashioned family neighborhood, you are sure to love the simple natural beauty and family-friendly atmosphere of Tenn A Sea, located in the Windmark Beach Community. The home accommodates 8 guests and is pet friendly with a fenced backyard. 

An open floor plan with lots of natural light adjoins the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The screened in porch sits right outside of the main living area with comfortable seating. The master suite has a King size bed, dual nightstands and lamps, seating area with side chair. The master bath is luxurious, with two vanities and a walk-in shower. There are three additional cozy bedrooms; one King, one Queen and the third room with dual twin beds. 

Tenn-A-Sea has parking for four cars in the driveway. Please refrain from parking on the grass or the street. NO boat, trailer, or RV parking permitted.

Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you’ll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, gas stove/oven,  microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more! We strive to start all guests off with a supply of:

Dish soap

Hand soaps

Garbage bags

Dishwasher detergent

Paper towels

Toilet paper

Laundry Detergent

Tenn-A-Sea is a non smoking unit, and is pet friendly for an additional fee. (dogs only please)  Bookings through a third party site (VRBO), will have this fee added onto your reservation at the office.

Children are welcome at this unit. 

Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.

Windmark Beach has plenty of amenities and it's own "downtown" area.

The BeachWalk runs parallel to St. Joseph Bay and is perfect for a leisurely stroll, a bike ride, a morning jog or in-line skating. An interconnected system of pedestrian trails and boardwalks can be used to get around and a place you can stop to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Gulf County. 

The Village Center has great places to eat and shop:

WindMark Beach Bruno's Pizza, R&R Outfitters, The View on Old 98 Restaurant, The Southern Patio, Fit as a Fiddle Fitness Center, Salt Air Beauty and Hair Care,  The Mill Mercantile & Social Store, and Bow Wow Meow Beach Pet Store.

Gather with family and friends at the Village Center Pool and enjoy a sunny, relaxing day poolside. The private club features a beautiful zero-entry pool. When not swimming, the large lawn area and playground adjacent to the pool deck will keep children entertained. Children who are not potty trained our required to use a swim diaper.
