3/2 luxurious cottage located in downtown Port Saint Joe. Minutes to the beach and beautiful Saint Joseph Bay. 

Sandie Tows is a hidden gem located in downtown Port Saint Joe. This home has historic charm, large rooms, exposed brick,  hardwood floors, French doors and a beautiful outside area. 

Upon entering the home you will find a comfortable quiet sitting area with a sofa and two chairs. From this room, you can either access the kitchen ahead or the living room located off to the right. 

The living room is large and spacious with a large flat screen tv, spacious sofa and two chairs for additional seating. 

The open layout of the kitchen is perfect for conversation while preparing for dinner with those who are in the front sitting room or in the dining room. There are two bar stools for additional seating at the kitchen bar.

Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you'll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, gas stove/oven,  microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more! We strive to start all guests off with a supply of:

Dish soap

Hand soaps

Garbage bags

Dishwasher detergent

Paper towels

Toilet paper

Laundry Detergent

The laundry room is conveniently located off of the kitchen with a full size washer and dryer, folding table and a sink. This room also has access to the outside deck.

The backyard deck has plenty of seating, a propane gas grill, and an outdoor shower. The deck also has lantern and bistro lighting to enjoy the evening. Located off of the deck is a sweet little swing and a firepit.

 

This home features three bedrooms.

Bedroom one: King bed

Bedroom two: Full size daybed

Bedroom three: Queen bed

The king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous claw foot tub. 

The second bathroom is located in the hallway between the two other rooms.  

Sandie Tows is a non-smoking unit and  NOT  pet friendly.

Children are welcome at this unit. 

Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.

Sandie Tows is located in quiet neighborhood that is close to  recreational parks, including Frank Pate Park and George Core Park. 

The Port City Trail totals nearly four (4) miles of paved and lighted pedestrian surface.  Restrooms, informational signage and water fountains are available at various points along the trail.

Enjoy all historic Port Saint Joe has to offer- antique shops, great restaurants, breathtaking sunsets and much more.
