Sand Dollars & Sunsets is a house that feels like home as soon as you walk in. The windows facing the screened porch and throughout the house are perfect for letting in the Florida sunshine as well as the beautiful Gulf views. Located on the northern part of Cape San Blas, this property is located just behind the gulf front homes just steps to the sugary white sand beaches of paradise. 

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home easily accommodates 10.

The open-concept main living space is great for entertaining. It begins in an open kitchen with granite counters covering a large island with seating for four. The dining area is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen with seating for four. Three spacious bedrooms offer a private retreat to rest and reflect back on all the fun had that day. 

Our kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, is stocked with everything we think you’ll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more!

Take the short sand path to the beach and spread your toes in the famous sugar sands while you enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.

There is a large covered carport- parking space is in abundance with room for a boat or other large toys. 

A closet with a beach cart and beach toys are also available to use.

The Cape Tradin’ Post and Weber’s Donuts are within walking distance, conveniently located just down the street.

The Loggerhead Run Bike Path is an eight mile trail on Cape San Blas that runs the length of the Cape from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to Salinas Park along Hwy 30E/Cape San Blas Road, and is great for walking, jogging or biking and is just on the main road up from the unit.

Sand Dollars & Sunsets is a non smoking unit, and is pet friendly for an additional fee. (dogs only please) Bookings through a third party site (VRBO), will have this fee added onto your reservation at the office.

Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.

This unit rents for a full week (Saturday to Saturday) for holiday weeks (Spring break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years) and Summer Season.

Bring your furry friends along! This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $150 per dog (maximum of two). Breed approval required—contact the office for details.

We had a great stay at Elizabethu2019s place. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and also had a guestu2019s outdoor closet with a variety of beach items that could be used. The kitchen was also very well stocked with appliances.
