Reminiscent of an old-fashioned family neighborhood, you are sure to love the simple natural beauty and family-friendly atmosphere of Sage Waters, located in the Windmark Beach Community.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 12 and has two full sized kitchens and a private entrance for the Mother In Law suite.  With two primary bedrooms, this is ideal for couples traveling together, or grandparents enjoying time with the family.

The open floor plan of the main living area has plenty of seating with bar seating and six guests at the dining table, and four more in the mother-in-law suite. Outside dining is also an option on the screened porch. 

Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you’ll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, gas stove/oven,  microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more! We strive to start all guests off with a supply of:

Dish soap

Hand soaps

Garbage bags

Dishwasher detergent

Paper towels

Toilet paper

Sage Waters is a non smoking unit,  and  is pet friendly for an additional fee. (dogs only please) Bookings through a third party site (VRBO), will have this fee added onto your reservation at the office.

NO boat, trailer, or RV parking permitted. Please refrain from parking on the grass or on the street.

Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.  

Windmark Beach has plenty of amenities and it’s own “downtown” area.

The BeachWalk runs parallel to St. Joseph Bay and is perfect for a leisurely stroll, a bike ride, a morning jog or in-line skating. An interconnected system of pedestrian trails and boardwalks can be used to get around and a place you can stop to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Gulf County. 

The Village Center has great places to eat and shop:

WindMark Beach Bruno’s Pizza, R&R Outfitters, The View on Old 98 Restaurant, The Southern Patio, Fit as a Fiddle Fitness Center, Salt Air Beauty and Hair Care,  The Mill Mercantile & Social Store, and Bow Wow Meow Beach Pet Store.

Gather with family and friends at the Village Center Pool and enjoy a sunny, relaxing day poolside. The private club features a beautiful zero-entry pool. When not swimming, the large lawn area and playground adjacent to the pool deck will keep children entertained.
