Originally built in the 1930s as a shotgun mill house to provide housing for the newly constructed St. Joe Paper Company, this cottage holds a significant place in the local heritage. Constructed with local virgin pine lumber, it has recently undergone a full restoration, preserving its historic charm while incorporating modern comforts.

Step inside to discover a cozy guest bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and a spacious walk-in closet, providing ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower, adding a touch of elegance to your stay.

In the inviting living room, unwind in front of the impressive 65" smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Sink into one of the comfortable chairs while enjoying your favorite programs. A high-top dining table with seating for four provides the perfect spot for family meals or game nights. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own 55" smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite content.

Outside, a charming screen porch awaits, complete with new furniture including a love seat, two chairs, and an outdoor table with seating for four. Relax with a good book or savor your morning coffee in this tranquil setting.

For added convenience, the cottage offers a covered carport to accommodate one vehicle and a spacious backyard where your four-legged friends can roam. The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring brand new stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse ceramic sink, and plenty of cabinet space for your pantry essentials. It comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from dishes and cups to pots and pans, utensils, a Keurig, blender, and more.

The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, making it easy to keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay.

Ideally located just minutes from St. Joe Bay, our cottage offers easy access to boat launches and some of the area's best restaurants. Across the street, you'll find the Loggerhead Bike Trail, perfect for leisurely rides, as well as pickleball courts and playgrounds for added recreation.

Bring your furry friends along! This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $100 per dog (maximum of two). Breed approval required—contact the office for details.
