Gorgeous 2/2 gulf front condo located in Mexico Beach. 

Brand new to our rental program, Beach Time is located in beautiful Mexico Beach in the quiet and family friendly Surfside Community. 

Escape and de-stress at this luxurious, newly renovated beachfront retreat. This condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 guests.

The open floor plan features your living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, and a chair for additional seating. There is also a Smart TV with a Blu Ray DVD, and high speed Max Wifi. Two sliding glass doors off of the main living area will bring you out to the balcony which features high Adirondack chairs where you can sit and unwind with a good book or watch the sunsets.

The dining room is behind the living area with a beautiful dining table that seats 6. There is additional seating for four at the kitchen bar.

Our kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, is stocked with everything we think you'll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more! We strive to start all guests off with a supply of:

Dish soap

Hand soaps

Garbage bags

Dishwasher detergent

Paper towels

Toilet paper

Laundry Detergent

The laundry room features a stackable washer and dryer; perfect for your beach towels after a long day at the beach.

The master bedroom has a brand new King bed with an ensuite bathroom which features a walk in shower and double vanity sinks. This bedroom also has a Smart TV. 

The second bedroom has a Queen Bed with a Smart TV.

There is a full size bathroom located in the hallway that has a tub/shower combination. 

Beach Time is a non smoking unit, and is NOT pet friendly. 

Children are welcome at Beach Time.

Beach Time has covered parking for two vehicles.

This unit rents for a full week during holiday weeks and in the Summer season.
