As you enter the main area, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room adorned with a comfortable sleeper sofa, love seat, and chair for additional seating. A door leads to the main deck, offering breathtaking views of the beach and featuring highback Adirondack chairs – the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the coastal beauty.

The fully stocked kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with all the essentials including pots, pans, utensils, glasses, and dishes. Prepare and enjoy your meals with ease, or opt for nearby dining options such as the Cape Tradin' Post and Weber's Donuts, conveniently located within walking distance down the street.

This coastal haven features two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a full attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing a private sanctuary. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and a full attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

Take advantage of the Loggerhead Run Bike Path, an eight-mile trail that runs along Cape San Blas, perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. Just a short distance from the unit, this path provides a scenic route along Hwy 30E/Cape San Blas Road.

Your reservation comes with a $250 credit for beach gear, allowing you to choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Delivered to the unit upon your arrival, these amenities make your beach experience convenient and enjoyable.

For pet lovers, Almost Heaven is a pet-friendly property, welcoming dogs with an additional fee of $100 per dog (maximum of two). Contact the office for breed approval and details on this warm and accommodating feature.

Please note that due to the close proximity to the Gulf, the property may be susceptible to shifting sand and erosion, resulting in variations in the beach landscape. At times, the beach may not exactly resemble the pictures provided, but rest assured, the beauty of the Gulf is just steps away from your door.
